Enable image loading for dev env without nginx

due to #142 , all images traffic will go through nginx, while in local dev env, there is no nginx configured. So better to have a workaround to load images for local dev env.

Install mysql in website server for faster DB connection?

MySQL server now is much more stable than website server. Previously I enabled MySQL server for dev usage, but since we can use docker locally, we can have MySQL in website server.
