I need to have the date presets. Is this possible with nanocal?

Conflict when using nanocal with rollup + vue + vue-router

Hi there, thank you for your hard work on this library, really appreciate that!

I'm trying to use your library for my current vuejs project, but getting the following issue:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'destroy' of undefined vue-router.esm.js:1324
at assign (vue-router.esm.js:1324)
at nanocal.min.esm.js:1

It only works if I switch the options below to false on my rollup config:
resolve({
// use "module" field for ES6 module if possible
module: true,

Appreciate any help.

codepen.io examples are blank on Firefox 57/58

I'm able to see the examples in Chrome and Safari though.

I'm on a Mac.

Other pens on codepen.io seem to work OK, so I think it may be something specific to the nanocal pens.

The console has this warning message, which may or may not be related: An iframe which has both allow-scripts and allow-same-origin for its sandbox attribute can remove its sandboxing.
