Specify docker version when installing docker

Note that not all of the docker releases support installing k8s cluster via Docker(kube-in-docker stuff, i mean), it's better to specify a stable and comfortable version of docker when installing.

How to uninstall docker installed by `install_docker` func

apt-get purge docker-engine && apt-get purge docker wont work.

Should deprecate NamespaceExists admission controller plugin

Use NamespaceExists instead of NamespaceAutoProvision.
Do figure out a way to create a new namespace.

How does it manage containers ?

Is this going to pull containers inside the container ?

Two features

• Merge into one shell (as master and minion differ very little)
• Support both ubuntu & centos (apt-get, /etc/default/docker)

Can we set install registry as optional?

Eventually, we'll hopefully merge this into kuber's master, so installing a registry is not required by default then.

I think we can set private registry as a option, 'false' by default.

I'm also curious , how K8S inside docker can have the control privilege over the system/docker-engine..etc
adding a short HOWTO will be helpful

open flannel.tar : no such file or directory

when i try to deploy kubernetes according to the "kube-in-docker" docs, I met the problem, which says "open flannel.tar : no such file or directory", And I don't know how to solve it, please help me, thanks
