Performance Monitoring

In order to observe the loads and eventually confront to the hosting costs, the app needs to be able to provide instant and eventually historical performance logging accessible via a REST API.

The instant performance indicators should provide the average request per second indicator for all the connectivity services ( private, public , internal ... ).

The historical performances indicators should be bounded to the last hour, listing , for each service and minute the number of calls handled by the service.

Prepare unit test structure

Refactor the codebase to introduce a tdd framework focusing on unit testing.
