Support

Development

When developing use:

npm start

A development server will automatically open the project in your browser. Normally here: http://localhost:8080.

To build the project use:

npm run build

A web ready folder will be created in /dist/web/. A browser addon/extension ready zip will be created in /dist/extension/.

Cutom order of the tabs & movable using drag and Drop

I'm always frustrated when I have to reorder things after adding a new tab, using those buttons, but can do nothing to move this with the help of drag and drop reorder this would make it work/ function better

Use Drag & Drop to reorder the Hexagon Tabs

and also provide with some highlighting guide for the hexagon tab borders to fit in.

Waiting eagerly for this feature to come to work

How do I find the cool cdn.dribbble.com gifs like in the examples?
Searching them in dribbble.com I don't find gifs similar to those and would love more of those type of gifs to select from.

Hexagon animated background only played while hovering

Actually I would find it really cool if there would be the option to only play the gifs when I am hovering the hexagon. It is reallllyyy disturbing if every single hexagon moves over and over but I also do not want to use a static background.

No, just that Manifest V3 is required in Edge sometime in 2024

Just an idea for grouping in hexagontab: when bookmark in group then
if bookmark not in group then
Groupname on left or right per group

Support for OperaGX

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Its the problem with browsers like opera doesn't support new tab extentions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Today a friend of me released a "extention for extentions"(let me call it that way) that resolves that problem by a simple trick.
I've suggested this "tool" already other new tab bowser extentions I tried to use before. So I now want to bring it to your extention as a potential fix.

Basicly you just add a script and adjust your manifest.json(or you can integrate it into existing scripts).
If you are interested I can also try to make a pr with the fix.

Hope this doesn't count to you as an advertisement, I just wanted to bring this up to your solution as I wanted to use the extention since a year so I'm happy to now have a possible way to help making it working for others.
