Update Intrepid to use the same rules as Indomitable

Scope for const (inside function params list): source.c++ meta.function.parameters.c++ meta.group.c++ storage.modifier.c++

should match either characters color or keywords color.

Make changes for Markdown

Markdown syntax is not colored (almost at all). Fix this :)

Add colorschemes for vim

Strategy:

• Create and color custom groups that match the 11 token categories
• Link all other groups (including other plugins, e.g., nvim-treesitter) to the 11 custom groups

Fix preview URLs for VS Code

The URLs for the previews in the VS Code version are relative and do not display properly on the Extensions website.

but should be the same color as keywords.

Fix color for C++ multi-line comments

Options:

1. Add punctuation.definition.comment.begin and copy it from comment.block
2. Add comment.block.cpp and copy it from comment.block
3. ??

Take new screenshots

We'll now have two themes - Intrepid (previously Zooce Dark) and Indomitable. I'd like to have just one screenshot for each - no need for the different languages.

Question is, which language should I showcase? Zig is my favorite, but it's VS Code scopes are not very detailed so it doesn't look like I want it yet. JavaScript might be a good one since most people know it..

Brighten Non-Hovered Scrollbar in Side Bar for "Medium"

The scrollbar is hard to see when not hovered over it in the side bar, when the side bar has focus.

Colors need to be brighter

The colors seem dark on my Windows machine. Change these to be a bit brighter, or maybe make the background a bit darker for more contrast.

selection color when inactive is too dark (ZOOCE)

The inactive selection color is black and the background is a slightly lighter tint of black, so it's very difficult to see. This becomes a problem when using Find and Replace, and replacing one match at a time - i.e. you can't see the next found match.
