自用的 WebStorm 设置。
这个仓库用来同步我多台电脑上 WebStorm 的设置，你也可以用在你自己的 WebStorm 中，具体操作参见文档 Sharing Your IDE Settings 中的 Share settings through a settings repository 一节。
友情提示：不要用 Settings Sync 插件来同步设置，会经常丢失设置。我现在就很后悔用之前没有看这个插件的评论。
我的设置里配置了 HTTP 代理，在使用我的设置之后，记得关闭 HTTP Proxy，否则会导致 WebStorm 连不上网络。
我将外观调整成了黑色主题，并微调了字体、代码检查等设置项。
代码格式调整为跟 Prettier 基本一致。
