Compiling nih

Hello there,

I am trying to compile nih using VS 2008.
nih says it depends on thrust so I downloaded version 1.5 (maybe another 
version is required ?). 
In the Preferences dialog of VS, under "CUDA Runtime API"->"Required Include 
Directories" I added the thrust directory before the $(CUDA_PATH)\include. 

But in slash-sandbox-81/nih/bintree/cuda/bintree_gen_inline.h(162): error: too 
few arguments in function call

I get this error I can get rid of and I am trying to compile revision 81 
dropped 40 minutes ago.
Any suggestions ?

Compile Issues

As I try to compile this library I find that include files are missing 
(downloaded back40computing project but I don't know if I should).

What is the correct order of building nih and then voxelpipe. There are no 
instructions at all. Using VS2008.
