Make 'Convert To Frame' window convert multiple animations at once

Probably better to use a list box that displays the animations' name and frame count instead of having a dialog prompt for each one. 'Continue All' is kind of a ridiculous name. Using a list box user will be able to easily edit which ever animations they want or just use the same values as the skeletal animations.

Changed to use a list box (technically a table) in 65449c9.

This solves the issue of having to press the enter key 54 times to convert my Turtle Arena player model from skeletal to frame animations for MD3 export.
