various Internet sources.

Updater script cobbled together from other Internet examples.

- Create a zip file for install in TWRP:

    rm -f apns-conf-ting-r+.zip
    zip -r apns-conf-ting-r+.zip META-INF/ system/ README

- Install zip file using recovery and boot into system
- In "Access Point Names" settings, choose "Reset to default" from menu
  - Choices should reflect contents of `system/etc/apns-conf.xml`
- Choose your carrier

If MMS doesn't work from the system messaging app, try a different
app such as Textra.
