Trying to add Arturia Minibrute 2s device, I have noticed that there is no synth with faders.
Does adding the minibrute 2s make sense?
any started work or advice of adding the support for faders?
Thanks for the awesome project.
Not all knobs, sliders, LEDs, etc are used by every patch. Sometimes they cannot have an effect because of the patch, sometimes they are left for the user to change to taste.
For this cases it would IMHO convenient to remove the position indicator for knobs, sliders and switches, to show no LED when they are in radio-button style (eg filter mode of Neutron), to "grey- out" glowing buttons (eg all of Neutron's buttons).
The point is that a reader can see at one glance which UI elements of the synth are used by a patch. Just like in a patch sheet where markers are placed only at used elements.
The buttons are beautfully and faithfully rendered. Unfortunately they are so small and have little contrast, so they are hard to see.
First off - totally great site/project. I just bought a Neutron and your site is a huge source of inspiration. I would find it nice though, if there was some filter options, like e.g. only show patches that have an audio example.
Also, it would be nice if it was possible to (easily) report faulty patches. Some of the Neuron patches reported error when trying to play the audio example.
Plus - a voting system would be really nice.
After creating Crave Udu drum patch I tried to upload sample and getting error (file was too large). Than after reducing the file size I created new patch with the same name and tried to upload one - no error, but no link to sound file too.
Would it be possible to have user submitted patch URLs be dynamic, i.e. reflect the name of the patch? When you pull down a patch webpage to a mac OS desktop for example, the submitted patches are all identical: "Patch Libray.Webloc" (screen cap below).
For example: Instead of having the patch name URL be: https://patch-library.net/patches/14d606a6-ea74-4fae-9879-a147b0c0c197
have it reflect the patches name: https://patch-library.net/patches/generative-noise-patch-by-sean-garland
Perhaps this is not possible with sites hosted on github? Thanks for your consideration
Is there a plan to add this instrument?
What is happening to the website? I cannot open https://patch-library.net/
