Incorrect links to trunk games on CDO

Currently the links for morgue files point to crawl.develz.org/morgues/0.20/, but they should point to crawl.develz.org/morgues/trunk/ instead.

An example (Surr):

http://crawl.develz.org/morgues/0.20/Surr/morgue-Surr-20161129-175036.txt
should be
http://crawl.develz.org/morgues/trunk/Surr/morgue-Surr-20161129-175036.txt

Account name case sensitivity

On some servers my account name is esc but on others it is Esc (annoying, I know). Looks like regardless of this they are all linked together which is nice.
But one problem I noticed is that on the scoreboard the morgue file URLs all use Esc as the account name which causes 404 on links to servers where the account name is esc.

Example:

• http://dobrazupa.org/morgue/Esc/morgue-Esc-20140823-230051.txt this URL is fine because my account name on CSZO was Esc
• http://crawl.xtahua.com/crawl/morgue/Esc/morgue-Esc-20161024-164218.txt this URL 404s because my account name on CXC is esc

How do i get at the API?

I've set up everything else for a crawl server, but i don't know where to point scoreboard.log_import.load_logfiles(api_url=os.environ['SCOREBOARD_GAME_API'])

Is there maybe an alternative/easier way to get at a local server's highscore?
