Accounts Policy

  1. the foundation only links to accounts (on the foundation owned websites) when the admin is a foundation staff or board member.
  2. staff and board members agree that if and when they separate from the foundation that they will in good faith (might not be possible in the case of death or disability, or if the service just does not allow it for some reason) transfer admin rights or ownership to an active staff or board member of service accounts (social networks, google for business, salesforces.com, hosting accounts, support applications, etc), and give consent to the foundation to act on their behalf to transfer control to an appropriate person in case of incapacity or unwillingness to do so.
