Personalized Showcases: Generating Multi-Modal Explanations for Recommendations

This repo contains resources for our google restaurants dataset, with images and reviews.

Datasets

We provide the raw data (image_review_all.json), the filtered subset with stronger image-text correlation (filter_all_t.json), and all images (google-images.tar.gz) downloaded from google maps.

Hello authors, thank you for providing the community with a public dataset!

On https://cseweb.ucsd.edu/~jmcauley/datasets.html#google_restaurants it is stated that

Data includes images and reviews posted by users, as well as other metadata for each restaurant.

From your Google Drive, I have downloaded both "filter_t_all.json" and "image_review_all.json" however I can't find the associated metadata. Can you clarify where I should be able to retrieve them?

Lots of art, masks, skeletons.  There are two inside the women bathroom stalls. The Tacos were superb!! The drinks: marvelous. Clean restaurant.The staff were nice & helpful.
