Constant expression contains invalid operations

Error like this, how can i solve it?

Error when generating a new submenu in the menu that does not have a submenu before

Error on console

Validation error for boolean

Weird text if the model has more than 1 words

Error when load more than 1 relation on the controller

Get an Error when migrate - A blablabla permission already exists for guard 'web'

Halo, just got an error when i run the migrate command then got an error below

php artisan run migrate:fresh --seed

it's iritating, because the last 2 times this command was succesfully executed, (i did not modify these migration file anyway)

it resulted an empty data on Table role_has_permission or whatever it is (because it ain't what it should be)

What i was doing to try solve this problem is execute these commands:
php artisan cache:forget spatie.permission.cache then php artisan cache:clear
nothing really fix the error (because i was thougt it may something to do with cache right?)

Composer update Issue

When I trying to Update Package through composer error on

"Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires zzzul/generator, it could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

please solve this issue
