I have a question. If we want to fix the number of routes to a predefined number, what modification should be done?

can be the solver used for acvrp instances ?

I tried very simple acvrp problem that works on lkh-3 solver that isn't parsable by filo solver.

CMake Error: The source directory "/path/to/filo" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt.

I got this error when tried to install the COBRA. It seems that CMakeList.txt is not available on the repository. Could you kindly provide me (or update it) that file?

Running for a predetermined amount of time

Dear Luca,
Thank you so much for sharing this code, it greatly contributes to the routing community.
I had a quick question: in many algorithmic comparisons, it makes sense to compare methods for the same amount of time on a computer. Is there currently an option in the code that permits running the code for a predetermined amount of time (instead of a predetermined number of iterations?).
