ACC VM Networking (MinIO Server)

Per the most recent message from Nathan Smith (ACC) on 2023-01-11 this is pending action from the ACC:

We had a conversation with the security and network folks about this last night. I need to firm things up with our team, but I believe we'll need to change the IP address of this system, and possibly move some firewall rules (if some internal rules have already been made).

I am not 100% sure if the network we are planning to move to is available on the host where the VM presently lives. If not, we'll have to migrate the VM and change the IP address. Neither of those take a huge amount of time, and I expect we could complete that this week.

If there are firewall changes requested, I hope to be able to expedite them because of the delay they've introduced thus far into the process.
