AttributeError: no attribute 'precision_matrix'

Hi

I just visited your blog and GitHub. It's quite interesting and helpful to me. But somehow when I ran your notebook, I ran into this error. Do you know why? anything missing? (I used the colab and local machine.)

Bug in SVGD.phi()?

Hi,

I was reading your code, svgd/Stein.ipynb notebook in particular. I've noticed that in SVGD.phi() function, you have grad_K = -autograd.grad(K_XX.sum(), X)[0]. Is this correct? In my understanding, phi() is supposed to compute the equation right above and there is no minus sign there. Could you take a look?
