Add Metal material based on as_metal() closure

Render fails when connecting the same alpha map to two different materials

I had two materials that were going to use the same alpha map. When connecting the one map to each materials alpha slot the render fails to start (the 'poof' effect). Copying the bitmap and connecting each bitmap tthe alpha slots independently allows the render to run.

Bump mapping does not work with SSS material

I think it's better if we could use simultanously a bump map and a normal map. That dropdown list it's odd.

Expose per-object visibility flags

This affects map slot indexing. For example in Glass material if map is shown as connected to Bump Map slot it actually connected to Volume Color slot.
