Well not for any grant:

This is b/c none of the publications had keywords that matched with the grant.

Now the issue is as follows: previously, if that happened, I removed those that had no match from the collection. That is why it was returning an empty array. I just changed it to return them as well but with a weight of 0 for keywords.

Now if you do the same, and then gradually upgrade the aggregation and keyword correlation, the links will get dimmer and dimmer. It might not show very good in a line stroke, but the I am looking at the values and they shrink:
