Summary points

mahjong's Issues

The discard animation of hand tiles on table are not shown properly when there are more than 2 players

Richi candidates cannot show properly

This is caused by ToggleForbiddens in HandPanelManager

Other round draw type implementation

Tile count does not match with the real total number of tiles

Some NPE happens when initial drawing

The disabled tint color of hand tiles cannot display properly

Bei doras are not counted in summary panel

Waiting list panel has NPE

Indicator is also needed when a kong is robbed, or bei dora is claimed as rong tile

Richi status is not canceled when richi button is pressed and turn time out

Settings entries show incorrect data sometimes

Self kong does not have effect

Bei operation does not have effect

Server should wait for all clients to load the online scene

After online scene loaded, client should send notification to server

The waiting time of summary panel is too short in some circumstances

When back to lobby after a game ends, the game start button is enabled by default

The intractable state of game start button should be linked to the readiness states of the players
