Request for invalid tiles when zoomed out too far

If the image is not set up to initially take up the full map div, this will attempt (and fail) to retrieve non-existent tiles outside of the image bounds.

Feature Request: Parameter to set location/size of layer

Currently the IIP layer can only float around at [0,0]. Would like to place it geographically in the correct location and size.

Use Case: Adding high resolution geotiff images to a map.

How can I get image.ptif file?

HI,
I have made the iipimage server work. When I try to use leaflet plugin for iipimage server, it doesn't work. I think the problem may be here:
layer = L.tileLayer.iip('/fcgi-bin/iipsrv.fcgi?FIF=/path/to/image.ptif').addTo(map);
two questions:
1.Does FIF=/images/image.ptif equal to C:\images\image.ptif?
2.I have only tiled tif file, have not ptif file? How can I get it?

Won't work without SMinSampleValue/SMaxSampleValue

I've been trying to get this to run with a file that does not have these values, no luck. I'm not sure what would be valid values to put in for the minMaxValues option either. Appreciate any information!
