prosody_labeller ignores anotation_tier in config

Hi,
when I run the prosody_labeller, I cannot change the tier from words to phones.
it seems that the

labels:
  anotation_tier: "phones"

from the configuration is ignored.
From the gui I can annotate with phoneme tiers.

Hi, I meet a problem. When I run the tool by going to the root directory of the program in the terminal, and starting by:
python3 wavelet_prosody_toolkit/wavelet_gui.pythen, I select directory with speech and transciption files insamples/`, but I get an error:

cannot process all files

Hi I am using this toolkit to analyze a speech corpus. The software worked amazingly well on individual files. However, whenever I tried to click the "process all files" button, I got the following error. I tired this with the samples folder and my own data and the errors were always the same.

Tons of warning are produced when autosummary is activated as it seems to try to find the documentation from pyqt but failed to do it. See if we can ignore inherited members

ValueError: cannot reshape array of size 0 into shape (0,newaxis)

Hi! I've installed the package successfully (MacOS), opened the GUI successfully, but when I try to upload a file - python crashes and I get the following error:
ValueError: cannot reshape array of size 0 into shape (0,newaxis)

Any idea what might cause that?

Hi! For some reason I cannot process a batch of files in a directory without my python crashing.
Is there a way to do this via code, to run files in a loop (preferably within python)?

wavelet_gui encoding & display

Hi, I'm trying to analysis speech in Chinese with Chinese character transcriptions annotated in textgrid. It seems that the program does not recognize tiers encoded in UTF-16, which Praat uses to encode everything with special characters. After converting the textgrids into UTF-8, annotation tiers are able to show but Chinese characters are displayed as squares. Any chance to customize the display? Thanks a lot!
