Steps for creating auto scaling group fail

I followed the instructions for creating a ASG and it failed with a non-helpful error. Retrying didn't help.

ClosestToNextInstanceHour Auto Scaling Instances Terminate Policy

Could you please update ClosestToNextInstanceHour policy description, as

This policy helps you maximize the use of your instances and manage your Amazon EC2 usage costs.

Is not true information after New – Per-Second Billing for EC2 Instances update.
We don't need to terminate closest to the next billing hour instance to save bill.
Same for default termination policy description: 1, 2

Help Wanted - Examples that show different ways to use Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling.

Activity History tab missing image

Shouldn't there be an image show the Activity History tab as it's described in the text? There's one for the Details tab, and one for the Instances tab. Confusing to me at first without the corresponding image for the Activity History tab.

Auto Scaling Group with On-Demand and Spot Instances

Hi everyone

In the following documentation it says that you can't create an ASG that launches both Spot and On-Demand Instances :

For example, you cannot create an Auto Scaling group that launches both Spot and On-Demand Instances or that specifies multiple instance types. For more information, see Auto Scaling Groups with Multiple Instance Types and Purchase Options.

But on this documentation it says that you can create an ASG that scales both Spot and On-Demand Instances :

You can launch and automatically scale a fleet of On-Demand Instances and Spot Instances within a single Auto Scaling group.

I think it's not really clear and I don't truly understand. I think the first quote is wrong because you can create an ASG that launches both Spot and On-Demand instances thanks to a Launch Template, am I wrong ?
