Reload, Unload and Loading commands with a command

How would I actually attempt this?
Because I've just been rebooting the bot the whole time in order to do this.
Is there like an in-built command or do we have to make one?
I did see this in the code, but I have no idea how to run the reload.

Code needs refactoring

#Over time the code has become a bit messy. Several ways to improve.

• Move everything to /src

• Config to root

• Listeners in modules folder /src/modules

• Services (finnhub /currency etc) /src/services

• Upgrade to ES6 (remove function for arrow function)

• Use CONST when appropriate

• test all functionality #46

How to set bot token

No guild configuration file makes the bot crash when the first message is received in the banwords module

reproduce by having the guilds/ folder empty
