Serialization Exception: invalid binary format when saving DateTime with a password

Hi, It was a simple issue, Save Game Free was using System.Text.Encoding to convert the data to and from binary, so it causes issues, so we need to use Base64 provided by Convert class in this case, so I did it and now Encryption is using Base64 format for binary conversion, so there won't be any issues anymore.
