Users have to download the app results to access the visualizations

When a user runs "QIIME Downstream "and goes to the report summary page, the core_diversity_analyses.py table will be shown on screen, however the links presented there don't work due to a limitation of BaseSpace. For the time being, users are advised to download the results to their computers.

QIIME Downstream should be able to take more than one app result

Users should have the ability to provide more than a single app result into QIIME Downstream, meaning that all OTU tables found should be merged into one, and that should be fed into core_diversity_analyses.py.

Rarefraction plot cannot show

I follow your recommendation but it still doesn't work.

Even download all the results, the rarefaction curve cannot show in browser(any browser)

four samples preprocessing fails

When i try to make the preprocessing of my four samples (WSG metagenomes), the task is aborted. When i perform the preprocessing one by one or in groups of three, i get the results. The problem is that i need the four together to use the qiime visualization app. With three samples i get the error: "Error in make_emperor.py: Due to the variation explained, Emperor could not plot at least 3 axes, check the input files to ensure that the percent explained is greater than 0.01 in at least three axes."
Any suggestion about this?
