Get CARLA source from https://github.com/carla-simulator/carla
Current repository is compatible with ROS Kinetic and CARLA binary 0.7.0
To start the CARLA simulator:
./CarlaUE4.sh /Game/Maps/Town02 -carla-server -benchmark -fps=5 -windowed -ResX=400 -ResY=300
