pitch control output dimension problem

Hi,
I am trying to run 5MW testcontroller.mdl. However, the model does not work because of the pitch controller module. Within the pitch controller, every signal dimension is good until the output signal. It shows that output signal dimension is 46 (16, 15, 15). It is supposed to be 3 (1, 1, 1). I looked over but not know how to fix it. Really appreciate if you could give me a direction.
