No dependency on main brocolli package for some reason :)

Running broccoli in non-broccoli'ed directory

Since this seems easy to detect, it would be nice to have a better message.

Grunt does a great job of this:

broccoli build directory already exists

When I try to run broccoli build xxx and the folder already exists I am getting this error:

Seems to me like it should just overwrite files, right?

Wacky error behaviour

this might be related to #3.

I tried running broccoli serve but I did something wrong in my setup. broccoli promptly began repeating an error message ad infinitum. I had to close the terminal window and start a new session from scratch.

Clearly this should not happen, will discourage newcomers, etc.

Rebuild in a directory

Currently broccoli serve will host the built tree on a web server. I need it to be built in a directory. Is there any support for this? I am currently achieving this functionality using bash scripts and broccoli build.

Ctrl + C takes a very long time

After running broccoli serve and hitting Ctrl + C to stop the command it takes ~30 seconds until the command actually finished and the shell is responsive again.

All I did was cloning the sample app and running broccoli serve on that as-is.
