I'm a USER, deploying to my own org.

I'm required to use SSO for login.

I can only use TOKEN_PROVIDER="userpass"

Is this possible?

What do I do for CF_USERNAME and CF_PASSWORD?

You can use TOKEN_PROVIDER=sso. You must authenticate as the user before deployment. Then use the refresh token in ~/.cf/config.json. See https://github.com/pacphi/cf-butler#with-sso-authorization. In this case CF_USERNAME and CF_PASSWORD do not need to be defined, rather CF_REFRESH-TOKEN. Keep in mind if you use a user other than admin, you will not have the full complement of features available, nor will you get full reporting of workloads on foundation.
