AREL Port

I started working on a direct port of AREL (A Relational Algebra) for building SQL queries using an AST. I mainly started it as an experiment to see what it was like taking ruby -> crystal. I haven't had any time to work on it recently, unfortunately.

HTTP Proxy Client

I think this should be built in to Crystal. Right now from what I can tell, there's not a way to create an HTTP client using proxy without hand rolling the entire auth process.
