Allow to specify custom error messages

Hi,

I would like to know if it would be possible to add a new feature in the node. In fact, when you have several rules in the assert node, the catch node might not be able to deliver a precise message, depending on the specific rule that failed.

That's why I would like to know if it is or would be possible to add a (maybe optional) field to customize the msg.error.message field for each rule, in order to have more precise error messages, without the technical explanation.

Filtering messages without logging errors

Hey Dean,

your Assert node is very useful in my current setup, for filtering messages based on all kind of values. However, my logs are being polluted by the errors that are logged by the Assert node. Is it possible to turn off the error logging of this node (without having to change the log level of the entire flow) in some way?

For example a checkbox on the node's properties view to 'disable logging', would be sufficient ...

Add comparison between msg object properties

Regex field is empty after reopen

Hi Dean,

I create a test with matches regex, select .* and added the regex.
After I reopen the node properties, the field with the regex is empty.

Node Red and the assert node are up to date.
