I don't think the specific files are important. I am creating an
Eclipse help plugin with HTML files in the root directory and
in subdirectories. The HTML files are not copied to the output
directory. I've worked around this by manually copying over
all HTML and CSS files.
In fact, the only files that are in the final plugin are the
generated HTML files, the referenced image files, the toc.xml
file, and the plugin.xml file.
