我使用的VTK版本是VTK-8.0.0，较新的版本如8.2.0确实存在这个问题。
我使用完整的环境是：Qt 5.9.1，VTK-8.0.0，ITK-4.12.0，Visual Studio 2015。这时确保可以编译的环境。
也可以尝试单独编译vtk-dicom包，https://github.com/dgobbi/vtk-dicom/

请问您用的 vtk 哪个版本？我编译源码时提示无法找到”vtkDicomDirectory.h“这个头文件，而我从vtk官网上也没有查到有该类，似乎是另外某个外部库的内容，但我没找到是什么。同样还有”vtkDICOMItem.h“等。
请问您解决了吗？ 我按照楼主的编译环境还是提示无法找到？
