在本地无法运行腹部分割dense_vnet_abdominal_ct模型

您好,下载了AS软件的release版本和dense_vnet_abdominal_ct.zip,解压后放入Plugins文件夹中,发现将自带的dense_vnet_abdominal_ct\dense_vnet_abdominal_ct\TempFiles\TEMP_niftynet_out.nii.gz文件删去之后,无法在本地电脑上调用模型生成分割标记预测

本地电脑配置有tensorflow和keras,想问下您的tensorflow版本是什么,然后调用模型生成TEMP_niftynet_out.nii.gz的代码是在哪一部分,求回复呀

请问您用的 vtk 哪个版本?我编译源码时提示无法找到”vtkDicomDirectory.h“这个头文件,而我从vtk官网上也没有查到有该类,似乎是另外某个外部库的内容,但我没找到是什么。同样还有”vtkDICOMItem.h“等。

请问运行分割后的结果在3D视图中可以三维显示吗

现在正常运行了 dense_vnet_abdominal_ct进行分割,3D视图中出现了相应的分割结果
但我希望把每个分割出的器官以三维形式进行显示,而不是得到贴合在横截面、矢状面、冠状面上的二维图像
看了下帮助文档,是只能使用[convert to mesh]吗,
但我并不知道分割出的每个器官灰度阈值范围,在这种情况下还可以将分割出的器官三维显示吗?
