implement keyboard shortcuts

feature request from itch.io.

Create keyboard shortcuts for switching tools, (maybe) switching colors, and undo / redo.

icon/button click event handling

Hi, i noticed that the undo button seems not to trigger for me, and realized that if I click on the icon it doesn't trigger, but if I carefully click inside the button but outside the icon, it does.

Love this app, thanks, hope this helps! Chrome on ChromeOS:

Firmware Version | Google_Hana.8438.184.0

Suggestion: use ordered dithering instead of separate dither patterns

The current dither patterns cause some bad interfacing between the boundaries of multiple "colors", resulting in visible fringing that looks like dark or bright spots due to, for example, a pixel disappearing from a brighter pattern when it appeared in a darker pattern.

If the patterns were generated as ordered/Bayer dithering patterns, this effect would be eliminated.

change background color

Right now, the background color defaults to black and cannot be changed, so the eraser will always erase to black. We should have some way of setting the background color (which also means having to save the background in raw images, as they are saved as transparent PNGs currently)
