Bower package

Hi,

I'm interested in using blockies in an app that I'm creating, the lack of a bower package is unfortunately a bit of a sticking point for me. Would you appreciate a PR to make this happen?

Is the creation of blockies only available on Client side?

Is there anyway I can generate blockes on the server, and upload the image somewhere for use on the client?

Bug in random seeding

The first two characters of a provided seed are ignored. I think line 7 should be:
var h = (s.charCodeAt(i) << 8) | s.charCodeAt(i + 1);
instead of
var h = (s.charCodeAt(i + 2) << 8) | s.charCodeAt(i + 3);

block.js vs block.min.js seeding differently

I noticed that if one page is using block.js and another is using block.min.js with the same seed, the image is different. Is the minified version up to date?

How to get blockie Id or defined seed/address?

The ability to change the background color would be really nice.
