Minor change requests for covid-util

• When configuring the tool, the tool should tell the user whether a ‘admin’ or ‘user’ credentials are
  being used, e.g. “Valid credentials for admin use.” instead of “Valid credentials.”
• User or admin should be able to check the validity of saved credentials
• A user should be able to see what permissions are in force for a selected upload area
• A user should be able to see what name is assigned to a selected upload area, in case they are managing multiple areas and want to be able to tell which is which.
