Update spell-list.xml (or equivalent) with CMAN ABSORB

With the addition of Kroderine Soul, Warriors have access to CMAN ABOSRB which absorbs the next harmful spell cast on the warrior and revitalizes them. This has a duration of 10 seconds and a cooldown of 30 seconds.

For the purposes and benefits of accessing this ability through scripting, it would be great to get this added to the spell list to check whether it's active, and to enable it as necessary.

Here's some info via the Gemstone spell active command, and other messaging.

RFC: Additional types and directory structure

I would like to add support for all the asset types required to fully update (and eventually install from script) a lich installation. Currently, we support:

  • script
  • data

and I am proposing that we also support:

  • map (image files)
  • engine (e.g. lich.rb)

Are there additional types needed that I am overlooking?

As part of adding these new types of files, I would also like to propose that we organize them into directories by type. I updated jinxp to detect the new types based on file name/extension, but I think it would be easier for humans find things in this repo and also better support different workflows for different types of assets if we split them into different directories.

END: As abruptly as it began, the tailwind embracing you goes still.

Spell-List Issues/Suggestions

Just wanted to propose and discuss a few changes for spell-list.xml. The first being 950 being set to default to be stance-able due to the majority of wizard spells being bolts and needing the stance change.

The second is that we added channel=yes to the 900s bolts. Which makes the default Spell.cast use channel instead of cast. I never really noticed it since I have custom spell casting routines that force incant as well as use the incant command for bigshot which ignores this. Is there a specific use case for adding channel here for the 900s but not for any other bolt spell causing hard RT when using Spell.cast function? I feel there likely needs to be Spell.channel and Spell.incant functionality added to lich.rbw instead of relying on spell-list.xml. But just wanted to touch base and see what everyone thought.

Clerical Mana Reductions -- 320

Would be great to have an option to keep 320 going throughout a Waggle.
320 costs 20 mana and returns that 20 mana over 30 seconds (so costs nothing). During those 30 seconds, all spells costing less than 20 mana get a 20%+ mana reduction but average about 25%, so it's extremely useful to use throughout a Waggle operation. The 30-second duration is also its cooldown, so re-cast once it's done if waggle continues.
