Hi,

I have the exact same problem.

Bought my first Plejd product on friday and installed it yesterday.
Homey finds the dimmer after login to my account and it adds a device with a red exclamation mark.

I have also tested the test version of the Plejd Homey app without it working.

It says: "The device is not available - connecting to Plejd BLE mesh".

What is wrong?

Could you both send me an error report from Homey, goto: More -> Apps -> Plejd -> Gear wheel -> Create diagnostic report -> Enter a message to activate send button.

What Plejd devices do you have?
If you go to https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/system and login with your Homey login what does it say under homeyModelId? Should be something similar to: homey2s.

It's about 5 meters from the Homey.
It is connecting, then disconnecting. Maybe it doesn't handle the distance and being alone on the BLE mesh network.

Does it exist any reapear to strengthenn the signal?

For me the distance can’t be the problem. I have exactly the same problem (connecting, then disconnecting) even for the dimmers that are 2-3 meters from the Homey, without any wall or anything else in between. My plejd switches and dimmers doesn’t work with homey either.
I bought my homey for 6months ago and the plejd devices just now.

the devices show up, but nothing happens when I try to dim/switch on/off.
