What is ReachView?

ReachView is a web-interface for RTKLIB hosted on Emlid Reach receivers. For more details on using Reach and ReachView check out our docs.

Running/testing/debugging instructions

At the moment ReachView will only run on a Reach/Intel Edison flashed with our pre-built image. Flashing instructions and the image can be found here.

ReachView is started on device power up.

To disable that, disable systemd service reach-setup.service with: systemctl disable reach-setup.service

You can launch ReachView by running sudo ./server.py from the app directory at /home/reach/ReachView.

It depends on the RTKLIB repository in the same directory, so you can substitute it with another version, as long as the directory structure stays the same and default configuration files are present.

Multiple signal messages and Galileo ephermeris message is not selectable in base mode

I have created a patch to support multiple signal messages and galileo ephermeris message in base mode:
MichaelEFlip@b96a979

Doppler information is lost, when converting to the normal observation message.

For further improvement it would make sense to have a little description in the combo box for each message.

Config param mis-match?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but I noticed a discrepancy between the a configuration parameter in ReachView/rtklib_configs/reach_kinematic_default.conf (master) and those supported by RTKLIB in RTKLIB/src/options.c

The config from ReachView uses stats-errratio yet RTKLIB doesn't support this option, instead it has stats-eratio1 and stats-eratio2.

Support for Lat Lon DMS

As a user I need both Position display and Survey Export to support the following:

• WGS84 Latitude and Longitude in Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS).

example:
40° 53' 0.294'' N 122° 22' 59.9736'' W

As a user I need both Position display and Survey Export to support the following:

• WGS 1984 UTM, meters
• NAD 1983 UTM, meters

example, based on the following Lat Lon position: 40.88341493N, -122.38332564E

• WGS 1984: 551954.65, 4525998.16 10T
• NAD 1983: 551955.80, 4525997.58 10T
