Improve display of Brewing Reservation nodes

I've been asking people to help make these pages nicer for a while. I've had a few people (including Steven Lane who made the site design originally) step up and say they'd help but haven't. Because this was something almost anyone could handle, I have left it because of the limited time I have and massive pile of stuff.

On that note, Nancy (chirocky) is trying to break into web design and is looking to create a new design / template for the site both for us and her portfolio. She and I are getting together at the NHC to walk through everything she'll need to know. I told her that if she comes up with HTML I can help her get it into the Drupal format, although she seems interested in actually doing that as well so she can get familiar with Drupal in addition to the work she's doing for WordPress. When she and I talked originally getting these pages updated was a big part of her new design. Thoughts?

For this particular one, I wasn't picturing anything that would require design: just format the date better, hide the "Submitted by" line, maybe show the brewhouse map with the reserved bay highlighted.

But, if Nancy wants to get into design, awesome! Fine by me if she wants to get into the Drupal side, as long as she's receptive to feedback: Drupal has some weird ways of doing things and their own best practices, and it's really easy to do things the wrong way (ie: including too much PHP logic in the theme layer). I'd be happy to work with her through that kind of stuff, though.

My only concern is if we're doing a full overhaul (and not just some specific touchups), I'd rather do a mobile-first responsive design, and lose the mobile-specific version at m.chaosbrewclub.net. A full redesign would be a big project, though, so I'm guessing that's not the plan.
