I think when frag support is added, then the prepatcher should move the patches 
into an additional file, so the original .iso remains unchanged. This would be 
cleaner, less work when the patcher is updated, and also allow to have 2 sets 
with different patches. Like with and without hooks for the cheat engine.

Added fragmentation detection and better base sector calculating in r23.

Actual support will come later - if ever.
