OK the only thing I'd like to know is the status of the docs repo/website transfer... any update on that?

My plan is to try to do the repo transfer this week. I need to verify that doing so won't break anything tho.

I would be great if we can plan the meetings a day or so ahead. It's 4:00 am here and I got up just to attend it.

Hey everyone, sorry for not being around, I had some extenuating circumstances I wasn't able to predict and I figured the meeting would happen regardless.

As for updates, no I don't have anything pressing and it sounds like that has been the theme of the responses here as well.

I understand that it's annoying for a meeting to be canceled last minute, especially when time is put aside to make it there. I think we can probably do a couple things to help with future meetings:

1. Let's make the invitation issue for the next meeting after the meeting is over. I'll make the issue for next week's now.
2. Evaluate what's on the agenda the day before (i.e. about 24 hours prior) and make any cancellation call at that time.

I hope this plan is agreeable and helps with the future meetings! In general, I think we are still at the stage of working out the kinks, of course :)
