希望加入波特率的设置选项

例arduino nano (ATmega328P)之类的板子无法到达1500000的波特率 最高好像只能到200000 超过后发送的所有数据设备全部无法接受.

[enhancement] 希望加入可供扩展的API，并且把上位机程序Release一下

首先感谢您做出了这个程序方便我们直接使用。

具体就是让第三方可以以mod的形式，访问接口添加到上位机或MCU程序中，实现类似菜单扩展、按键选择等功能，这样可以避免修改源程序。

不过其实这个好像也没法加API之类的。

希望可以把上位机程序Release一下，防止有人不会下载。
