Watcher library option

Advertises renames and picking up newly created unwatched files.

If a file is removed, and simultaneously added, there can be a race condition where both appear as entry files simultaneously.

This happens especially when a file is renamed and added externally, as it is in Presta. It's old name is still in the entries, so it tries to walk both the new and old files. It also splices off the wrong entry bc the new file is added before wdg has had a change to clean up the removed one (renamed one).

Solution: on any event, block and queue subsequent events until next available tick.
Alternative: setTimeout?

Child updates don't clear cache up tree

Updates to child files don't clear require.cache all the way up to parent.
