Themes missing on most recent theme site build

Any themes that got lost in the move needs to be added by the theme author. There were some issues with invalid git references in the old repo that I didn't have time to dig into.

Also, as of now, we have stopped building previews. But you can add a demosite to your `theme.toml".

@digitalcraftsman I will do a better diff with the old repo and do a new sync. That will not be perfect either, but I may have not gotten all the submodules of the old.

I already wondered about how you compiled the list of themes in themes.txt? It lists 292 themes while the hugoThemes repo contains about 370 submodules/themes. I've discovered my old themes in themes.txt only by accident.

A diff might no be perfect but should ease the transition. Otherwise, nobody can be quite sure if there theme is still listed in the theme gallery.
