Hi! Are you able to add more reproduction instructions? I would guess that you are trying to gem install gollum on Ubuntu 22.04 with a version of Ruby you installed via apt, but I don't want to make any assumptions.
So I am not able to reproduce your issue. But the information you have provided indicates a few things:
- You may see the same issue trying to
gem install rugged. This may not be related to Gollum at all. - The output you pasted indicates your system's GSSAPI and OpenSSL are the reason that the C extensions required by Rugged are not compiling properly, so that seems like a good place to start debugging.

I'll add that you may have to install some extra packages, see: https://github.com/gollum/gollum/wiki/Installation
