Deno support

For now, do we have any option that allow me to use Deno with languages support or at least let me leave placeholder for future update?

Localisation fallback option may not work expectly

Context:

• Node.js v18.2.0
• grammY v1.9.0
• grammyjs/fluent plugin v1.0.3
• TypeScript

I am developing Telegram Watchdog, and someone reports that the fallback language option may not be applied as expected.

The code related to localisation:

const initialLocales = async () =>{
  await fluent.addTranslation({
    locales: "zh-hans",
    filePath: ["./locales/zh-hans/messages.ftl"]
  })
  await fluent.addTranslation({
    locales: "en",
    filePath: ["./locales/en/messages.ftl"]
  })
}
initialLocales()

// initial bot...

bot.use(useFluent({ fluent, defaultLocale: "en"}))

As expected, the bot will reply in English when a user is not using the supported language (such as Russian). However, someone reported that the bot replied in Simplified Chinese.
